License and Services​

Free Version​

CycBox offers a free version with basic features available to all users at no cost. The free version includes:

  • Standard protocol support
  • Basic data visualization
  • Community support

Pro Features​

CycBox Pro offers advanced features available through a paid license, including:

  • Advanced protocol codecs and transformers
  • Enhanced data analysis and visualization
  • Batch message sending with precise timing control
  • Priority support
  • Additional transport layers
  • Extended plugin ecosystem

License Purchase​

  • Pro licenses may be purchased through our official website or authorized distributors
  • Licenses are available as subscription-based or perpetual licenses
  • License fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • License activation requires a valid CycBox account
  • Each license is tied to a specific number of devices or users as specified at purchase

License Terms​

  • Licenses are personal or organizational and may not be shared, transferred, or resold without written authorization
  • You may use the software only in accordance with the license type purchased (personal, team, or enterprise)
  • Violation of license terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund
  • We reserve the right to verify license authenticity and compliance

Account Registration​

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use​

You agree NOT to:

Intellectual Property​

  • CycBox and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
  • The software, documentation, and all content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
  • Your license grants you limited rights to use the software; it does not transfer ownership
  • User-generated content (scripts, configurations) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for service operation

Payment and Refunds​

  • All fees are stated in the currency specified at checkout
  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers
  • Subscription licenses automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for consideration

Service Availability​

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Termination​

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease immediately
  • Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law
  • Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination

Export Compliance​

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use the Services if you are located in a country subject to export restrictions or sanctions.

Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CycBox is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution​

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
  • If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or competent courts as specified by applicable law
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions against us

Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement​
